Bellman
Duties include but not limited to: Provide information to hotel guests, carry and deliver luggage to guest rooms, clean and tidy Bellman Desk area, complete all room drop offs on time, deliver incoming and outgoing dry cleaning to guests, keep hotel entrance clean and tidy.
Preferable skills: Neat appearance and pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Physically fit.
 


Food and Beverage Servers 
Duties include but not limited toEnsure guests leave with a positive dining experience by anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service.  Be familiar with all food and beverage menus, specials and promotions in order to assist the guest in their selection and promote the items.  Assist with buffet set up and tear down when required.
Preferable skills: Experience in Food & Beverage Service, possess wine service skills, knowledge of all the basic wine types and an understanding of wine making production. Have a wide base knowledge of the various types of spirits, liqueurs, and the most commonly known recipes for cocktails and martinis. Excellent communication and customer service skills, guest service and up-selling skills. Be a team player and self-starter and also be able to work independently
 


Night Auditor:
Duties include but not limited to: Preparing accounts receiveable for outgoing tours, prepare and balance accounts for the restaurant, register arriving guests and check ins, process wake up calls
Preferable skills: Excellent communication skills and organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, excellent customer service skills, able to make sound decisions
 


Front Office Desk Agents and Guest Service Agents
Duties include but not limited to: Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, room check in and check out of hotel guests, room reservations, provide information on all hotel amenities to hotel guests
Preferable skills:  Strong organizational skills, self motivated, exceptional phone manner, team player. Prior experience in front desk operations, guest service relations desirable.
 


Central Reservations Agents
Duties include but not limited to: Answering of phones in a courteous, professional and friendly manner. Knowledge of room types, promotions, rates. Ability to secure all required information when making reservation
Preferable skills: previous hospitality/hotel experience preferred, highly organized, computer knowledge, team player, ability to work under pressure
 


Housekeeping / Room Attendants
Duties include but not limited to: Strip dirty linen from rooms, replenish amenities supplies as required, ensure furniture in rooms are properly placed, vacuum and dust corridors as required  Perform other related duties as directed by Supervisor
Preferable skills: Physically fit, neat and clean in appearance, able to communicate with guests, ability to accept direction, ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision - Available to entry level and experienced housekeepers / room attendants
 


Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Line Cooks / Pantry Cooks:  Breakfast or Dinner
Duties include but not limited to: able to follow recipes, maintain reasonable cooking times, follow health and safety regulations, ensure high quality and presentation of food, maintain proper food rotation of all line items. Further information available on each individual vacancy.
Preferable skills: At least one or two years practical experience for line cooks, team players, excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with minimal supervision, able to handle pressure at peak service times - further information available on each individual vacancy. 
 


Dishwashers / Stewards 
Duties include but not limited to: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, pots and pans. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, scour pots and pans. Polish silverware. Clean and sanitize work stations.
Preferable skills: be physically fit, attention to detail, understand both oral and written instructions in English, work as part of a team.
